Thaer Flieh

CEO

Mr. Flieh has more than 20 years in critical infrastructure, including utility transmission, distribution and renewable energy. He contributed to the development and construction of more than 10GW of renewable energy project. He also, developed critical digital infrastructure to support utility operations including utility data acquisition systems, operation control centers, and telecommunication backbone.

Before founding Dunlieh, in the past Mr. Flieh held several leadership positions at Samsung, 8minute Energy, Burns & McDonnell, SunEdison and Black & Veatch.

Kirk Hayes

COO

Mr. Hayes is a seasoned renewable energy leader focusing on project execution. With a substantial operation, technology, and EPC background, he brings extensive experience and strategic insights. Kirk is known for his commitment to innovation and ability to forge partnerships across the supply chain. As a trusted advisor and mentor, Kirk plays a dynamic role in supporting emerging talents and driving the transition to a sustainable energy future.

Bruno Pollet

Advisor

Mr. Pollet is an expert in the hydrogen sector with over 20 years of experience. Bruno actively bridges the gap between scientists, engineers, researchers, industry, and policymakers to advance decarbonization efforts. He leads the hydrogen task force for the Council of Engineers for the Energy Transition and plays a crucial role in shaping Dunlieh’s network and expansion within the hydrogen industry.
