We work closely with landowners to lease or buy un-utilized land for project development. We take steps to ensure that our landowners are valued and included in the project development process.

We prioritize the involvement and inclusion of members of the community. Our projects are designed with the intention of benefitting the community through jobs, tax revenue, and energy security. Our projects have 30+ year lifespans, and we intend to be involved in the community every step of the way.
